What data and why
Through the contact form, I process the name, email address, and message you submit, solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which technically handles the contact form. If you email directly, I process the data in that email for the same purpose.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics to measure visitor counts and page views. This analytics tool does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors; data is reported in aggregate.
Legal basis and retention
Contact data is processed based on your request for contact (steps taken at your request prior to a possible agreement) and is retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, unless you request earlier deletion.
Sharing with third parties
Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. Formspree and Vercel act as processors for the contact form and hosting/analytics respectively.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To make a request, contact gijs@titanium-marketing.com.
